Sugaroom restaurant, bar & lounge is owned by Greg Anderson and Patricia Nunes.

Greg studied under Matthew Moran at ‘Morans’ in Potts Point and ‘ARIA’ at Circular Quay. In 2002 he moved to ‘Pello’ in Darlinghurst, where he and Thomas Johns achieved an acclaimed chef’s hat rating in the Sydney Good Food Guide. Most recently Greg worked as Greg Norman’s private chef aboard his 210 foot yacht, ‘Aussie Rules’.

Patricia brings 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry to sugaroom . She has worked on one of the world’s greatest ‘mega yachts’ catering for high profile guests including Solomon Lew and his family, as well as for the Getty family on their private yacht in the Caribbean.

In 2005, Greg and Patricia returned to Australia to open Sydney’s chic Sugaroom restaurant, bar & lounge.
